What to expect
While every client is different, most engagements take the following shape.
Step 1: Your organization has identified a need for a People-related project.
You may not know exactly what you need or are considering multiple options. We’re here to talk it through! Book a discovery call to refine your ideas and the scope of what you’d like to achieve.
Sample projects could include: improving the onboarding experience, reducing attrition, boosting career development sentiment within your workforce, re-vamping and re-defining the HR data environment for greater outcomes measurement and iteration.
Step 2: You set up a 15-30 minute discovery call.
This is a low-pressure discussion where you share what you know about the problem you’d like to solve, timing, and budget. If we don’t have capacity or it’s not a fit, we’re happy to refer others in our network who can serve your needs.
Step 3: We’ll generate an initial proposal within 3 business days.
This is a high-level outline that summarizes our understanding of your challenge, how we’d approach the work, and cost. Limited-scope engagements generally start at $20,000, larger scope or longer-term engagements can vary greatly depending on each client’s needs.
If we’re feeling good about the planned partnership, we’ll exchange all official documents and paperwork and be off and running!
