We are a boutique consulting firm obsessed with all things People and Human Resources.

Our founder

The firm was founded by Sabrina Ling, the former Head of People at Noom. Sabrina started We, the People People because she believes in a better world of work.

Given the amount of time each of us spends at work, her mission is to create workplaces where each of us can do our best work, be respected for our individual skills and talents by those who surround us, and lead ourselves and others with integrity, transparency, and by example.

Sabrina is passionate about applying principles of behavior change in the People space to drive how leaders and employees work alongside each other in an inclusive, respectful, and winning work environment.

Sabrina has worked both in-house and as a consultant to a wide range of organizations, from global Fortune 100 companies to local non-profit organizations, startups, and everything in between.

She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University, and a frequent guest speaker on Human Capital topics at colleges and universities, conferences, and community events. She actively writes about human capital strategy and her entrepreneurship journey on Medium.

What’s in a name?

Our name, We, the People People, represents our commitment to the dedicated people working in the People space and the folks we partner with to create the ideal employee experience—the People people!

It’s also a nod to the firm’s founding location, in the heart of the nation’s capital in Washington DC.
